If there have been no recent changes to your existing login ID and you still cannot access FMCDealer / MCDistributor:

  • Dealership Employees and Distributors: Contact your dealership/store SPS Administrator and ask them to ensure that you have a Job Role assigned to your User ID. If you need assistance identifying your SPS Administrator, please contact the BAC at 800-790-4357.
  • Suppliers: Contact your company's Corporate Security Administrator (CSA). To find out who that administrator is, contact Covisint at 866-273-5038.
